The functional formliner creates a concrete surface with grooves that run in parallel at a width of 0.11"-0.15". At some points, the height of the grooves varies, so that a worn effect is created.

100-timer formliners are supplied in an individual dimension within the maximum indicated dimensions.
The specified widths of the 10-timer and 50-timer formliners are a fixed dimension and ensure the continuity of the structure in the case of linear patterns. The longitudinal direction of the pattern is variable and can be ordered from 1 m up to the maximum dimension in 10 cm steps.
The functional formliners provide slip resistance with their special surface pattern. Various anti-slip patterns, sand-like textures, ripple patterns, pastilles and nubs ensure stability. Concrete parts that are manufactured with functional formliners achieve certifications up to R13, the highest rank of resistance (to skidding) and meet the highest design and esthetical demands.
