Reinforcement to our Sales Team
A new year and a new face. RECKLI wishes a warm welcome to our new sales colleague. She briefly shares her initial impressions of working with us.
Hannah Kalisch is 24 years old and has already gained a wealth of experience. She completed her training as both a wholesale and foreign trade merchant and bilingual secretary. After her professional training, she began studying business and worked part-time in sales. Since the start of January, Hannah has been a full-time employee in our export department and is now an indispensable part of our sales team.
RECKLI took the time to ask her about her initial impressions.
What made you decide to apply for a job at RECKLI and how did you become aware of us?
I submitted an application for a job advertisement on the networking platform XING, which was taken care of by the RECKLI recruiter Oliver Nixdorf. I was able to gain a positive first impression of the company by visiting the website which also made me interested.
What was your first impression and what do you think is special about RECKLI?
Very positive! What I find special is that I am not only trained in my area, but I am also given a comprehensive insight into each department and every employee shows me their responsibilities, so that I quickly gain an overall impression of all business processes. All of my new colleagues have been very helpful and are happy to take the time to show me company-specific processes.
Which three characteristics are of particular importance to you in everyday working life?
Team spirit and team work, reliability, interesting tasks and new challenges.

Yes! I am happy with my decision to work at RECKLI and am looking forward to a good working relationship.
What do you like doing in your free time?
In summer, I like spending time in my garden. I also enjoy travelling, I am interested in photography and am a passionate amateur chef.
