RECKLI Epoxy Flex Filler is a two-component smoothing compound for the filling of holes, cracks, indentations, uneven spots and butt joints on wood, steel and cementitious substrates, which should be coated with RECKLI Epoxy Resin products. One particular application is the repair of holes in panels. Its color is dark grey.

RECKLI Epoxy GF Filler is a fibreglass reinforced, two-component filler for the production of supporting shells for elastic shapes made of RECKLI PUR- or SI-Elastomers. The filler is a replacement for supporting shells made of plaster or concrete. Its colour is grey.

RECKLI Epoxy GS is a two-component filler for priming, adhesion and leveling work for cementitious substrates, engineered wood, ceramics, steel surfaces and polystyrol. The product is particularly suited as a primer filler on concrete for coating with RECKLI Epoxy BT.

RECKLI Rapid Epoxy Type LS is a robust, two-component filler for repair and adhesive work. The product is suitable for cementitious substrates and steel surfaces. Suitable for the filling of uneven spots, holes and defects in wall and floor areas. May be used for the adhesion of large format concrete components. Its color is grey.

Supporting Mass EP-F Type VB is a particularly light, fibreglass-reinforced, two-component tamping mass for the production of heavy supporting shells made of RECKLI PUR or SI Elastomers. The product replaces heavy supporting shells made of plaster or concrete and is suitable for the production of robust supporting forms and backfills in the ceramic and porcelain industries. Layer coating is possible in thicknesses of up to 30mm. Its colour is light blue to light brown.

RECKLI Construction Resin EP is a multi-application two-component resin. It is suitable for multi-application in construction: coatings, adhesions, as a bonding course or a binding agent for polymer concrete, -mortar, -screed, -casting masses or for synthetic resin sandstone mixtures. It binds quickly and is proven at low temperatures. The product is colorless.

RECKLI Construction Resin EP Rapid is a multi-application two-component resin. It is suitable for multi-application in construction: Coatings, adhesions, as a bonding course or a binding agent for polymer concrete, mortar, screed, -casting masses or for synthetic resin sandstone mixtures. It binds quickly and is proven at low temperatures. The product is colorless.

RECKLI Electro Resin EP is a two-component resin, especially suitable for the pouring of compact electro and electronic parts and switches. It fulfils the requirements according to Appendix II of Guideline 2011/65/EU (RoHS). The product is transparent.

RECKLI Epoxy GC is a special two-component laminating resin for fiber-reinforced plastics. It may be applied by hand or sprayed on. It is suitable for model construction and relief-casting with RECKLI Filler L as a filler and as a binding agent for production of GFRP laminates. Its color is white.

RECKLI Epoxy WST is a two-component resin, which is particularly suitable as an application with fiberglass-reinforced laminates. The product can be used as a binding resin for rear-filling and support mortars, as well as for light mortars with RECKLI Filler L. The product is transparent.

RECKLI Flooring Resin EP is a low-viscosity, two-component resin. It is particularly suitable as a binding agent for liquid-tight screeds and mortars and may be applied as a well-penetrating primer on cementitious substrates or as a sealant for bedding layers. The product is colorless.

RECKLI Injection Resin EP is a fluid, two-component resin. It serves to seal hairline cracks in cementitious substrates or for the grouting in the waterproofing of masonry. The resin is suitable as a primer for concrete and screed floors. The product is transparent.

RECKLI Polymer Resin EP is a fluid, two-component resin which is particularly suited as a binding agent for backfilling in blockmoulding. The product is transparent.

RECKLI PUR-Colour pastes serve as tinting for RECKLI PUR Elastomers or colouration of particularly colourless (naturally coloured) RECKLI PUR casting masses.

RECKLI SI Colour paste serves as colouration for RECKLI SI-casting masses and moulding pastes. Its colour is green.

RECKLI Filler C is a clear, inorganic filler with a chalk base for two-component synthetic resin systems.

RECKLI Filler L is a distended, inorganic light filling material for solvent-free, two-component synthetic resin systems. The filler enables savings in materials and weight for large volume moulded parts.

RECKLI SI Thickener Liquid AV is a fluid material, which effects a pasty consistency of addition-cured RECKLI two-component silicones. It allows application by painting or spreading to vertical or overhead areas.

RECKLI SI Thickener Liquid K is a fluid, thixotropic material, which is applied with condensation-cured RECKLI casting material by painting and spreading. It allows spreading work to vertical and above head height areas.

RECKLI Standardizer 100 is a light powder, with which solvent-free synthetic resins can be applied in a paste. Thus, thick coatings may be spread over vertical and above head height areas in one session. The mechanical properties of plastics are not impaired. Its color after application is yellowy-brown.

RECKLI Standardizer 720 is a very light powder, with which solvent-free synthetic resins can be applied in a paste. In comparison with RECKLI Suspending Agent 100, it is considerably more effective. Thick coatings may be spread over vertical and above head height areas in one session. The product becomes cloudy, but has no natural color.

RECKLI PUR-Colour pastes serve as tinting for RECKLI PUR Elastomers or colouration of particularly colourless (naturally coloured) RECKLI PUR casting masses.

RECKLI Stop Off Paste PUR is a cold-setting, elastic, two-component, polyurethane-based plastic to produce tailor-made barriers on RECKLI textured formliners. The freshly mixed product becomes a paste when poured and allows the creation of custom elastic barriers for the production of concrete elements using textured formliners and moulds.

RECKLI PUR-Elastomer A45 is a pourable, elastic, two-component synthetic resin for the production of formliners and structural moulds, moulded parts or recesses in concrete construction. Its colour is grey.

RECKLI PUR-Elastomer A70 is a pourable, elastic, two-component synthetic resin for the production of formliners and structural moulds, moulded parts or recesses in concrete construction. Its colour is grey.

RECKLI PUR-Elastomer K is a pourable, elastic, two-component synthetic resin for the production of formliners and structural moulds, moulded parts or recesses in concrete construction. Its colour is grey.

RECKLI PUR-Elastomer SR30 is a particularly soft, pourable and elastic, two-component synthetic resin for the production of formliners and structural moulds, moulded parts or recesses in concrete construction.

Elasto-Filler is a two-component synthetic resin, well-suited for repairs of damaged moulds or moulded parts from RECKLI PUR-Elastomers. Its color is grey.

RECKLI PUR-Elastomer Thix is thixotropic paste-like, two-component synthetic resin for the production of formliners, structural moulds and moulds for concrete casts with a long life-span. Its colour is grey.

RECKLI PUR-Compound A75 is a tough, flexible two-component fluid synthetic resin for the production of recesses or hard-wearing moulded parts in the construction of machinery, tools, moulds and models, which are exposed to high pressure or abrasion. Its colour is beige/brown.

RECKLI PUR-Compound A85 is a toughly elastic, two-component fluid synthetic resin for the production of recesses and hard-wearing moulded parts in the construction of machinery, tools, moulds and models, which are exposed to particularly high pressure or abrasion. Its colour is beige/brown.

RECK-o-lan 85 Type N is a two-component synthetic resin for the production of hard-wearing moulded parts in the construction of machinery, tools, moulds and models. The product is particularly suitable for recesses in concrete construction. Its colour is grey.

RECK-o-lan 95 Type N is a two-component synthetic resin for the production of hard-wearing moulded parts in the construction of machinery, tools, moulds and models. The product is particularly suitable for recesses in concrete construction. Its colour is red.

RECKLI Stripping Wax TL is a high-quality, solvent-containing fine wax for safe separation during the application of RECKLI formliners. The product physically works via film formation. It is suitable for application on non-absorbent, solvent-containing formwork made of steel, sealed wood or plastics.

RECKLI Stripping Wax TL-Eco is a high-quality, dilute, demoulding agent from renewable material, specially developed for RECKLI formliners. The product physically works via film formation. It is suitable for application on non-absorbent formwork made of sealed wood or plastic.

RECKLI Stripping Wax TL-SO is a high-quality, solvent-containing fine wax for safe separation during the application of RECKLI formliners. The product is also suitable for application on non-absorbent, solvent-containing formwork made of steel, sealed wood or plastics. Release Wax TL-SO works physically and chemically and is proven in in-situ concrete.

RECKLI Stripping Wax TL-W is a high-quality, dilute, demoulding agent with a wax base, specially developed for RECKLI formliners. The product physically works via film formation. It is suitable for application on non-absorbent formwork made of sealed wood or plastic.

RECKLI Gypsum Release Agent GTM is a solvent-free, demoulding agent for plaster moulds in plastic form from RECKLI PUR elastomers, silicones, epoxy resins, polyethylenes, polyesters or similar.

RECKLI Mould Wax is a solvent-containing fine hard wax for safe release in the production of plastic formliners, moulds and savings in plastic with RECKLI PUR materials and RECKLI EP materials. The wax is also suited for separating silicone from silicone.

RECKLI PUR Seal is a moisture-curing, one-component fluid plastic for the preparation of absorbent, solvent-resistant model surfaces in mould construction. The product is particularly suited for the waterproofing of timber formwork, chipboard, multiplex, MDF or wood core plywood. The colour is brown-transparent.

RECKLI PUR-Sealant LI is a moisture-curing, single-component liquid plastic for the preparation of absorbent, solvent-resistant model surfaces in mould construction. The product is particularly suited for the waterproofing of timber formwork, chipboard, multiplex, MDF, or wood core plywood. The colour is light yellow/transparent.

The RECKLI PUR-Sealant LI falls below the legal limits for monomeric diisocyanates and is therefore usable without additional training.

RECKLI Stripping Aid K is a liquid, solvent-based wax combination with slightly greasy additives. It is used to improve the release properties of RECKLI Mould Wax. A specific application is its use on RECKLI Mould Wax when casting elastic molds made from RECKLI Polyurethane Elastomers from plaster models in the stoneware, ceramics, and porcelain industry. Here, RECKLI Stripping Aid K is not suitable for use as the sole release agent.

RECKLI SI Stripping Lacquer is a water-soluble sealant for highly absorbent substrates. The product avoids possible adhesions when applying RECKLI SI elastomers. It is also suitable as a protective coating for the removal of plastic and release agent residues after completed moulding work.

RECKLI Si-Compound 21AV is a particularly fluid, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber for the production of even complicated moulds. Its colour is white.

RECKLI Si-Compound 26AV is a particularly tear-resistant, addition-curing, two-component silicone rubber, which guarantees dimensionally accurate moulds. Its colour is translucent.

RECKLI EcoSil 25 is a pourable, two-component silicone rubber and intended as deforming material for single use. Its color is beige.

RECKLI Si-Compound 10.15 is a soft, elastic, two-component silicone rubber with high tear strength for moulds in solid casting or shell casting processes. Its colour is white.

RECKLI Si-Compound 20 is a highly tear-resistant universal type. The product is suitable for almost all moulding work and replicas. Its colour is beige.

RECKLI Si-Compound 20 translucent is a highly tear-resistant universal type. The product is suitable for almost all moulding work and replicas. Its colour is off-white, translucent.

RECKLI Si-Compound 6.25 is an elastic, two-component silicone rubber for the production of simple relief and profile moulds and for the deforming of voluminous models. Its colour is white.

RECKLI Si-Mould Paste HR-N is a two-component silicone rubber for the production of thin-walled moulds in vertical and above head height areas. Its colour is white.

Additionally, the product is suitable for sealing wooden flooring and parquet*. PUR Sealant L75 is colourless and transparent.

RECKLI OS Intensiv is a dilute impregnation with a highly cross-linked acrylate polymer base. The product is especially suitable for treating vertical, exposed concrete surfaces.

RECKLI OS Premium is a colorless, solvent-free impregnation. The product is suitable for the treatment of absorbent, mineral substrates and particularly for the protection of concrete paving, slabs and façades.

RECKLI OS W is a dilute impregnation with a polymer base. The product is suitable for the handling of absorbent mineral substrates.

RECKLI Cleanser 64 is a liquid, acidic and free of hydrochloric acid cleaning agent for the removal of cement residue, lime efflorescence, rust stains and dirt on mineral substrates and various metals. For concrete surfaces, subsequent efflorescence is avoided.

RECKLI Concrete cleaner is a highly-concentrated cleaning agent for the removal of cement residue, lime efflorescence and rust stains on mineral substrates.

RECKLI Concrete Remover is an aqueous acidic cleaner, suitable for the removal of concrete stains and spills from shuttering, working equipment and construction machinery. It can be applied without the formation of mists or aerosols.

RECKLI Epoxy Cleanser is a cleaning agent for the removal of dirt from tools and working surfaces in the application and processing of RECKLI polyurethane and epoxy resin products.
