Building Information Modeling (BIM) offers new solution approaches for planing and implementing construction ideas as well as operating buildings.
Working with BIM permits a new way of planning and managing construction projects. The creation of an intelligent 3D cast combines all the information for a building and cross-links them: visuals, dimensions, logistics, budget. If changes are made to the cast, the software synchronizes and updates all datasets that are affected by this. The planning of an additional floor immediately becomes visible in dimensions and item numbers.
After a pilot phase in 2017, the German federal government wants to make the BIM obligatory as of 2020. RECKLI is already preparing for this innovation now and offers downloadable BIM files for all its important patterns. The list is constantly being expanded, the files can be downloaded in our downloads area.
