NEW TEAM MEMBER IN MARKETING
Anna Habersack has been supporting our marketing team since mid-September. Anna comes fresh from her training as a marketing communications clerk and is the youngest member of the team at the age of 22.
We took the opportunity to ask her a few questions about her first weeks at RECKLI - from a marketing point of view of course:
You discovered RECKLI at a job information fair that you helped organize. What caught your attention?
In the run-up to the fair, I looked at the exhibitor lists and visited the websites of the companies. I noticed the RECKLI website and its professional and modern design.
At the fair I also noticed the exhibition stand. So I went by and asked, “Do you have a job in marketing for me?” – It was pretty clumsy, but it made an impact. Although there was no opening at the time, I was encouraged to submit an application. And that worked.
What did you find compelling about the RECKLI brand when you applied?
Their openness and honest interest in others. The first conversation with marketing director Lutz Hammer and HR officer Loreen Panek was already very pleasant and casual. It was really about getting to know each other better and didn’t feel like a traditional job interview. The managing director Dr. Bernd Trompeter joined for the second meeting. Nevertheless, the focus wasn’t on the hierarchy, but about getting a feel for one another and for working together.
What was your first impression when you started at RECKLI?
The unity immediately struck me as positive. When you’re with people on a daily basis, the chemistry has to be right. This involves a lot of things: Trust, respect and appreciation. Of course you should also have interesting jobs to do and be challenged. I was integrated directly into the entire team really well and felt right at home. I was able to get a glimpse of almost every area as I visited both factories, export and sales as well as management.
What words do you think of when you think of RECKLI as an employer?
Openness, community, variety and fun at work.
