New dimensions at RECKLI
RECKLI is introducing new standard dimensions starting April 1, 2019.
For more than 50 years, RECKLI has stood for the highest quality in elastic formwork inserts for the shaping of concrete. Planners and architects worldwide rely on matrices with the highest design and quality standards. In addition to customer-specific, custom structures, RECKLI has been developing designs from a wide variety of areas for many years. The range includes structures from areas such as fantasy, geometry, wood, stone, flora and also functional matrices, for example for slip resistance.
What's new?
RECKLI is introducing new standard dimensions starting April 1, 2019. Matrices are traditionally available in different series for 100x, 50x and 10x reusability. The 100x series is still available in the usual custom dimensions as well as different dimensions. The 50x and 10x reusable series will be standardized in the future. The width has a fixed measure of 1,00m and can be installed on the sides. The height can be freely selected in 50 cm increments up to the respective maximum dimension of the structure.
For masonry structures, the fixed size is adapted to the respective stone size.
This significantly improves the production process on the customer side as well. Simplified handling, easier ordering and better planability. The matrices can also be cut to fit on site, even when dimension changes need to be made by the customer on short notice. In addition, the majority of the matrices can be installed, which ensures continuity of the structure without cutting.
Optimization and automation of production thereby guarantees price stability with our matrices despite rising raw material prices.
Special dimensions can still be made on request. Additional costs are incurred due to the additional effort. They will be discussed with the customer depending on the order.
