When working with polyurethane-elastomers, release agents ensure that the form can be safely removed from the formliner. Release agents are also used in producing replicas to protect the cast, e.g. from discoloration. Release agents are not necessarily needed when working with silicone-elastomers, but are recommended.

RECKLI Stripping Wax TL is a high-quality, solvent-containing fine wax for safe separation during the application of RECKLI formliners. The product physically works via film formation. It is suitable for application on non-absorbent, solvent-containing formwork made of steel, sealed wood or plastics.
Stripping Wax TL-Eco
RECKLI Stripping Wax TL-Eco is a high-quality, dilute, demoulding agent from renewable material, specially developed for RECKLI formliners. The product physically works via film formation. It is suitable for application on non-absorbent formwork made of sealed wood or plastic.
Stripping Wax TL-SO
RECKLI Stripping Wax TL-SO is a high-quality, solvent-containing fine wax for safe separation during the application of RECKLI formliners. The product is also suitable for application on non-absorbent, solvent-containing formwork made of steel, sealed wood or plastics. Release Wax TL-SO works physically and chemically and is proven in in-situ concrete.
Stripping Wax TL-W
RECKLI Stripping Wax TL-W is a high-quality, dilute, demoulding agent with a wax base, specially developed for RECKLI formliners. The product physically works via film formation. It is suitable for application on non-absorbent formwork made of sealed wood or plastic.
Mould Wax
RECKLI Mould Wax is a solvent-containing fine hard wax for safe release in the production of plastic formliners, moulds and savings in plastic with RECKLI PUR materials and RECKLI EP materials. The wax is also suited for separating silicone from silicone.
PUR-Sealant
RECKLI PUR Seal is a moisture-curing, one-component fluid plastic for the preparation of absorbent, solvent-resistant model surfaces in mould construction. The product is particularly suited for the waterproofing of timber formwork, chipboard, multiplex, MDF or wood core plywood. The colour is brown-transparent.
PUR-Sealant LI
RECKLI PUR-Sealant LI is a moisture-curing, single-component liquid plastic for the preparation of absorbent, solvent-resistant model surfaces in mould construction. The product is particularly suited for the waterproofing of timber formwork, chipboard, multiplex, MDF, or wood core plywood. The colour is light yellow/transparent.
The RECKLI PUR-Sealant LI falls below the legal limits for monomeric diisocyanates and is therefore usable without additional training.
RECKLI Stripping Aid K
RECKLI Stripping Aid K is a liquid, solvent-based wax combination with slightly greasy additives. It is used to improve the release properties of RECKLI Mould Wax. A specific application is its use on RECKLI Mould Wax when casting elastic molds made from RECKLI Polyurethane Elastomers from plaster models in the stoneware, ceramics, and porcelain industry. Here, RECKLI Stripping Aid K is not suitable for use as the sole release agent.
Si-Stripping Lacquer
RECKLI SI Stripping Lacquer is a water-soluble sealant for highly absorbent substrates. The product avoids possible adhesions when applying RECKLI SI elastomers. It is also suitable as a protective coating for the removal of plastic and release agent residues after completed moulding work.
