Two new products of RECKLI Precision Chemicals

RECKLI Stripping Wax TL-Eco is a water-based, ready-to-use concrete release agent based on regenerative and biodegradable raw materials. It is characterized by its solvent-free and particularly economical formula, which allows for an environmentally friendly, low-consumption project realization without hazardous substances.
It has been specially developed for and adapted to RECKLI structured formliners but is suitable for all formwork materials commonly used in concrete processing, such as multi-layer panels, polyurethane and steel moulds.
Stripping agents guarantee the safe and residue-free removal of the formwork from the hardened concrete or model. When producing replicas, they act without discoloration on the original surface. As a release agent, RECKLI Stripping Wax TL-Eco is used in precast concrete plants, especially for high-quality exposed concrete in classes SB3/SB4, as well as for producing concrete blocks and goods.
The release effect is achieved by physical film formation on the formwork surface, which is neither displaced when concrete is poured nor when the usual types of compaction, such as shaking or vibrating, are used. This not only enables residue-free demoulding, but also produces a high-quality exposed concrete surface that is optimally prepared for further processing and treatment, for instance with impregnations.
Special attention must be paid to the application technique. While the release agent can be sprayed and wiped on, it should be applied as sparingly and finely atomized as possible. Excess material must be removed from structural recesses to achieve the best possible results when casting concrete elements.
With a consumption of approximately 20 to 40 ml per m² and application, depending on the type of substrate, RECKLI Stripping Wax TL-Eco is a truly efficient product.

RECKLI Concrete Remover is an aqueous, acid-based cleaning agent for removing concrete or mortar residues from tools, formwork and construction machinery and is supplied ready for use.
During application, there is no danger of inhaling aerosols, as the product is not atomized but applied like a foam to the surface and therefore does not emit any smells caused by atomization either.
Due to its low viscosity, RECKLI Concrete Remover penetrates dirt more efficiently and effectively dissolves concrete residues. It is applied undiluted. For a single application, the consumption is approximately 150 g per m², but deviations are possible depending on the type and thickness of soiling.
