How did you find your first days at RECKLI?
My first days started with the typical RECKLI onboarding program. The first thing I noticed was the open atmosphere, when I dropped into almost every department I was welcomed warmly by every colleague. I also got the feeling that the door is always open to me in all departments. Of course, I was also given a better insight into RECKLI-specific information.
Why RECKLI?
I was looking for a new sales challenge and at RECKLI I was particularly impressed by the opportunities for development and the scope for design. I also wanted to escape from a corporate group and get to know a medium-sized company. A further plus point was RECKLI’s international orientation, an aspect I did not want to miss despite changing to a medium-sized company.
How would you describe your work at RECKLI?
I will probably be able to answer that question better over the next few weeks. At the moment I am still going through the onboarding process and will be able to accompany one of my sales colleagues next week. But I’m pretty sure that my impression of the first days will only be confirmed.
In your opinion, what is the perfect workplace?
For me, the perfect workplace definitely has flat hierarchies and an open feedback culture. I would like to be able to contribute ideas, but also criticism, in order to advance the company. I think everyone would also like to enjoy good cooperation with their colleagues. Since I am dependent on my equipment during my customer visits, it should be sufficiently up to spec.
When you were a child, what was your dream job?
My dream job changed almost weekly at that time, as with almost every child. However, I wanted to become a forest ranger for a long time.
