In Pierre-Bénite in France, the architectural firm 2:am architecture designed a creche with a total of 30 beds. On the facade: the textured formliner 2/217 Ribble from the RECKLI SELECT series. Our abstract pattern of differently sized, rotated rectangles and squares was used on a total of 130 m2. Abstract is the right keyword here. Because with its unique look, one might think that the children themselves had designed the facade using concrete blocks – the architects elegantly making a link to the actual function of the building. The structural concrete elements were produced in the precast plant by SPURGIN Leonhart Rhône Alpes.
